Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Order Cancellations
Products marked as “Final Sale”, “Clearance”, or Customised Orders are not eligible for cancellation.
For all other products, cancellations may be requested within 5 days from the date of order confirmation.
All approved cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee, calculated based on the original invoiced value. This amount will be deducted from the refund.

Order Returns
Products marked as “Final Sale”, “Clearance”, or Customised Orders are not eligible for return.
For all other products, returns may be requested within 5 days of receiving the item.
All approved returns are subject to:
– A 25% restocking fee based on the original invoiced value, and
– A re-delivery fee equivalent to the original delivery fee stated on your invoice,
both of which will be deducted from the refund.
Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and free from damage or signs of wear.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund, and a re-delivery fee equivalent to the original delivery fee stated on your invoice will apply if the item is returned to the customer.
Please note that all shipping costs from the initial order are non-refundable.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days from:
– The date of cancellation approval, or
– The date the returned product is received and inspected.
