Delivery Timeframe & Cost
Delivery timeframes and costs will be displayed during checkout.
For products with an estimated delivery timeframe of 6–10 weeks, our customer service team will contact you closer to the delivery date to arrange a delivery time, subject to available delivery timeslots.
Delays in Delivery
We strive to get your order to you on time so that you can fully enjoy your purchase. However, from time to time, delays in logistics may occur, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding should this happen.
Please note that the displayed estimated timeframe is an estimate and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including sea conditions, customs inspections, manufacturing constraints (such as raw material availability), and the operations of our shipping and logistics partners. In certain cases, government-imposed restrictions or other global events may also impact delivery timelines. As a result, delivery may take longer than initially expected.
Kindly note that refunds or compensation will not be provided for delays arising from such circumstances. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and kind support.
We will keep you updated on the expected delivery timeline once your order is in progress. Our team will reach out to arrange delivery when it is ready.
Delivery Types
Parcel Delivery
Smaller products such as accessories and homeware are delivered via our parcel delivery partners.
Parcel deliveries are made to your doorstep only and do not include unpacking, assembly, installation, or placement within your home.
On the day of delivery, you may receive a call or SMS from our delivery partner. If you are unavailable to receive your order, you may instruct the courier to leave the parcel at your doorstep at your own risk.
If no delivery instructions are provided, the delivery partner may attempt to reschedule the delivery or return the item to our distribution centre. In such cases, our team will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.
Please note that a restocking or re-delivery fee equivalent to the original delivery fee stated on your invoice may apply for items returned to our distribution centre due to unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Bulky Delivery
Furniture items are delivered using a dedicated two-person delivery team, selected to ensure careful handling and a smooth delivery experience.
This service is available for bulky products only. Accessories and homeware items are not eligible for this service.
Bulky deliveries are made to your doorstep only and do not include unpacking, assembly, installation, or placement within your home.
Once your order is ready, our team will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery date and time. Delivery rescheduling is complimentary if requested at least 5 working days before the scheduled delivery date.
On the day of delivery, you may receive a call or SMS from our delivery partner. If you are unavailable to receive your order, you may instruct the courier to leave the parcel at your doorstep at your own risk.

Elevator Access
Please inform us in advance if elevator access is unavailable, restricted, or if the item cannot fit into the elevator. If delivery needs to be rescheduled due to insufficient elevator access, a re-delivery fee equivalent to the original delivery fee stated on your invoice will apply.
Where elevator use is not possible, a staircase carry fee of S$45 per floor will be charged. Walk-up deliveries are limited to a maximum of 4 storeys.
For deliveries involving more than 3 floors and/or oversized items, please contact our Customer Care team prior to delivery. Additional staircase charges may apply depending on the item and access conditions.
Delivery Restrictions
Apartment Security / Estate Management
Please ensure that our delivery team is granted access to your building during the scheduled delivery window by making the necessary arrangements with your estate, condo, or property management in advance.
If access is denied upon arrival, a re-delivery fee equivalent to the original delivery fee stated on your invoice will apply, regardless of the item’s value.
If your building requires elevator padding, protective coverings, or any form of lift fitting-out, please inform us at least 5 days prior to your scheduled delivery date.
Re-Scheduling
Delivery dates may be rescheduled at no additional cost if we are notified at least 5 days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Any rescheduled delivery must take place within 1 week of the original delivery date.
If delivery is not rescheduled within 1 week of the original delivery date, storage fees will apply until a new delivery date is confirmed.
Storage Fees
We offer 14 days of complimentary storage, starting from either:
the date the item arrives at our warehouse, or
the intended delivery date stated on your invoice,
whichever later.
After the complimentary storage period, a storage fee of S$50 will be charged for every additional 7-day period.
Incorrect Delivery Address
If an incorrect delivery address is provided, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
To arrange re-delivery to the correct address, our team will contact you to schedule the next available delivery. A re-delivery fee equivalent to the original delivery fee stated on your invoice will apply.
Delivery Acceptance
Please inspect your items carefully at the time of delivery. By accepting the delivery, you confirm that the items are received in good condition and free from visible defects or damage.
Any issues identified upon delivery must be reported immediately to the delivery team and our Customer Service team. Where applicable, the item will be rectified or replaced, and the revised lead time will be communicated accordingly.
Once delivery has been accepted, items cannot be returned or exchanged on the basis of defects identified after delivery. This does not affect your rights under our Furniture Warranty for eligible manufacturing defects identified after delivery.
